We supply standard protective optical domes, including classic hemispherical optical domes and wide-angle hyper-hemispherical optical domes fabricated from sapphire, fused silica, BK7 optical glass and infrared crystals. Beyond standard spherical dome forms, we produce fully custom-processed optical domes engineered for your unique mechanical assembly, grounding and sealing requirements: drilled, slotted, and edge ITO conductive coated optical domes.

Drilled Optical Domes
Our drilled domes feature custom-position precision through-holes for wiring routing, sensor integration and equipment fixation. Strict deburring eliminates edge chipping and micro-cracks, ideal for subsea cameras, multi-sensor inspection housings and outdoor monitoring modules requiring pass-through structures.
Slotted Optical Domes
Slotted optical domes are precision CNC-machined with annular edge slots to fit lock rings, sealing gaskets and mounting flanges. Slot width, depth and position can be fully customized per your CAD drawings, delivering tight waterproof & dustproof sealing for deep-sea pressure-resistant optical systems and sealed surveillance camera covers.
Edge ITO Conductive Coated Optical Domes
We deposit uniform ITO conductive film only on the dome edge, leaving the central optical area uncoated to retain maximum light transmittance. The edge ITO conductive layer provides reliable static dissipation and EMI shielding, widely adopted for high-sensitivity electro-optical sensors, imaging equipment and precision detectors that require anti-interference grounding performance.
Customization & Material Support
Drilling, edge slotting and edge ITO conductive coating are all compatible with all dome substrates, diameters, wall thicknesses and curvatures. We accept OEM & ODM custom orders based on your dimensional specs, optical requirements and assembly drawings.
