Optical Spherical Lenses
Achromatic lenses effectively reduce or eliminate chromatic aberration, with their optimized layout also helping minimize spherical aberration.
Meniscus lenses, also named convex-concave lenses, feature one convex curved surface and one concave surface, split into positive meniscus lens and negative meniscus lens based on curvature difference.
A double concave lens features two concave spherical surfaces and a negative focal length. It diverges incident light beams, and is widely applied for beam expansion, collimation and projection in optical systems.
Double Convex Lenses, also referred to as Biconvex or DCX, feature positive focal lengths and two convex surfaces of equal radii. They are widely applied in image relay and close-conjugate imaging.
Plano Concave Lenses (PCV) have one concave surface and a negative focal length, ideal for beam expansion, collimated beam divergence and focal length adjustment across optical systems.
Plano convex lens has a positive focal length and is usually used for aiming and focusing of monochromatic light sources
Ball lenses are transparent spherical ball, which has small diameters, sometimes with a few millimeters or even less than a millimeter.
In addition to conventional shaped spherical lenses, JT also provides customized spherical lenses of various shapes according to customers' different application needs.
