Plano concave lens has a negative focal length and is usually used for beam collimation, increasing or decreasing focal length, or expanding or reducing images. In order to obtain a smaller spherical aberration, when the incident beam is a collimated beam, the collimated beam should be incident on the concave surface of the plano concave lens.

AR coating includes UV、VIS、NIR and SWIR. JT provides plano concave lenses with multiple material substrates, K9 optical glass substrates are suitable for visible and near-infrared applications, germanium, silicon, zinc selenide and calcium fluoride substrates are suitable for infrared applications, and fused silica is suitable for ultraviolet applications.
